Payment & Refund Policy

All products sold by Ferocious Everything are digital tools — specifically TradingView Pine Script indicators. There is no physical product and no tangible delivery.

• Access is granted electronically through TradingView's platform upon completion of a valid purchase.
• Because access is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are subject to this digital product refund policy.
• Purchasing an indicator grants you a licence to use the tool, not ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.

All purchases are processed through Whop, our authorised payment and access management platform.

• Prices are displayed clearly at the point of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.
• We do not store or process payment card details directly. All payment handling is managed by Whop's secure infrastructure.

Due to the immediate digital nature of access, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once access to an indicator has been granted.

The only exception is a verifiable technical failure on our side that prevents access from being delivered and cannot be resolved within 48 hours of purchase. In this case, contact us at the address below and we will investigate promptly.

• Dissatisfaction with market results or indicator performance is not grounds for a refund. All tools are analytical aids — not guarantees of profit.
• Purchasing in error is not grounds for a refund once access has been granted.
• If you are unsure whether a tool is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

Where access is provided on a recurring subscription basis:

• Your subscription renews automatically on the stated billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate access termination.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed. We retain transaction records and access logs necessary to contest illegitimate claims.
