How We Handle Your Data

We collect data in connection with account registration, platform usage, and support interactions:

• Account Registration Data — email address and display name collected when you create an account. Passwords are never stored in plain text; authentication is handled securely via Supabase Auth.
• Session & Authentication Data — session tokens and authentication state managed by Supabase Auth to maintain your logged-in session. Session data is stored in your browser's local storage.
• Journal & Dashboard Data — if you use the trader journal or dashboard, data you voluntarily enter (such as trade notes or entries) is stored in association with your account.
• Support Communications — if you contact us with a question or support request, we may retain that correspondence to respond and improve our support.
• Technical & Usage Data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically by our infrastructure providers. This data is used for security, performance, and abuse prevention only.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiling or targeted marketing.

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management — to create and maintain your account, authenticate your sessions, and provide access to the dashboard and journal platform.
• Support & communication — to respond to your questions and provide assistance with our platform tools.
• Security & integrity — to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access to our platform and content.
• Platform improvement — to understand how our website is used at a technical level and improve the overall experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising profiling or targeted marketing.

Ferocious Everything relies on the following trusted third-party services to operate:

• Whop — used for payment processing and access management for indicator purchases. Whop processes payment data directly and is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Supabase — used for user authentication, session management, and database storage for the dashboard and journal platform. Supabase processes and stores account registration data and any data you enter into the platform. Supabase is governed by its own privacy policy.
• TradingView — our indicators are published and operate within TradingView's platform. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView's own terms and privacy policy. We do not have access to your TradingView account data.
• Cloudflare — used for website security, performance, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata as part of its standard operation.
• Fontshare — fonts are loaded from the Fontshare CDN. Standard web font request data (IP, browser) may be processed by Fontshare's servers.

Because we collect minimal personal data, our storage footprint is small. Where data is held:

• All connections to our website are encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
• Support communications are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.
• We do not store financial account data, trading records, or sensitive personal information on our own infrastructure.

While we take these measures seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. Please exercise caution when sharing personal information over the internet.

You have the following rights with respect to any personal data we hold:

• Access — you can request details of any personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — you can request correction of any inaccurate information.
• Deletion — you can request that we delete any personal data we hold. Contact us at the address below and we will action your request promptly.
• Objection — you may object to certain processing activities. Contact us to discuss.

Ferocious Everything uses browser local storage to remember your theme preference (dark or light mode) and to maintain your authenticated session when using the dashboard. Session data is managed by Supabase Auth and stays on your device.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set functional security cookies as part of its infrastructure operation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we will make the update visible on the Legal Center page.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
