These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ferocious Everything website, TradingView indicator tools, trader dashboard and journal platform, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By visiting this website or accessing any of our indicator tools, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

Upon valid purchase through an authorised channel, Ferocious Everything grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased indicator tools for your own personal, non-commercial trading analysis.

• Access is granted to a single individual and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
• Your licence is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms at any time.
• Access to the dashboard and journal platform requires account registration and is subject to any access restrictions in place at the time, including private beta limitations.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the indicators, scripts, design, code, copy, and graphics — is the property of Ferocious Everything or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to an indicator does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You receive a licence to use the tool, not ownership of the underlying code or methodology.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any indicator tool or access credential to third parties.
• Copying, extracting, or reverse engineering the underlying code, logic, or methodology of any indicator.
• Sharing access credentials or enabling others to use your access without authorisation.
• Publishing or distributing any indicator output in a way that implies it is financial advice or a trading signal service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Using the Platform to distribute harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content.

Violations of this section may result in immediate access termination without refund.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You further agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Impersonate any representative of Ferocious Everything.
• Enter false, misleading, or harmful content into the journal or dashboard.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform and its indicator tools available. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indicator tools are delivered via TradingView's infrastructure. Availability is subject to TradingView's own platform stability.
• Access to certain platform features, including the dashboard and journal, may be subject to beta or private access restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue such access programmes at any time.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time. Where possible, we will communicate significant changes in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ferocious Everything and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any trading losses incurred as a result of using our indicator tools or associated content.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform or its tools.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other users.

Termination for a violation of the Prohibited Use section may occur without prior notice and without eligibility for a refund.

Upon termination of your account, your account data may be deactivated or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. As a global platform, we aim to comply with the regulations of the jurisdictions in which our users reside. If you have questions about your local rights, please consult a qualified legal professional.
